Starting on exterior of the building
In order to move forward on the build, we had to remove the old plywood. We had the same team in that did our roof. Apparently, using your truck to pull a sheet of plywood off the building works out poorly if you give it too much gas causing the sheet to land on the roof of the truck. They are young, and apparnenly needed to learn that sometimes, easier isn't always better. At least I didn't do this myself! The result of their work left the open frame of the house allowing us to re-frame all of the windows to match instead of to fit the "collection" of windows the previous owner had assembled.
This is the what the building lookes like with no sheathing, and all new window holes. We have added diagonal bracing to support any shear forces till we get the cladding re-done

Side 1 finished. This has a view of the windows in the back that have been re-done. There is also a window on this side that we boarded over for winter. When we go to order windows, we will cut out the opening.

Side 2 finished. We finished the back of the building. We have boarded over the windows at the top, and will re-open those holes when we go to put windows in. We have done this selectively, as we will want to keep some exterior light in the building as we work at electrical layout over the winter. The odd shaped hole is where the back door will be. I just didn't feel like cutting out the small chunk of board before installing it.
