Starting on the "workshop"

First order of business is to get the workshop roof re-done. The current roof design has 4 different rooflines for a simple rectangular building. We are going to have a company come in and remove the cuppola on the back side, and re-frame the entire thing to be a better design. Doing this will increase the floor space of the soon to be living area for the building.

Building our property will consist of several phases.

The first is to finish out the building that already exists into what will become our workshop and a 1 bedroom apartment. We will live in this while building out the final home.
